What the demonstration shows
- Choose a wall in the room, using the phone's live camera.
- Change the colour and compare options on that wall.
- Walk around and view the same wall from another angle.
We will use clearly labelled real recordings of the app where a live room is not available. Your agency decides whether the preview is relevant to buyer or vendor conversations.
What to know first
- Device: live scanning and wall painting need an iPhone 12 Pro or later Pro / Pro Max with LiDAR, on iOS 26 or later.
- Colour: a preview is a planning aid. Physical paint samples remain part of the final colour choice, and we do not claim exact colour matching.
- Rooms stay on the device: a saved room stays on the iPhone that scanned it. We will show the current workflow rather than assume a shared agency room library or automatic handoff to buyers.
- Permission: we only scan a room with the owner's or agent's permission.
- Early stage: Visera is built in Australia by a small independent team. We have not measured time saved or sales results for agencies, so we make no such claims. A small supervised trial, if it fits, would agree scope, device, measures and terms in advance.
