The short version: Visera is a home-design visualisation app that shows paint colours and panels on your walls and lets you place furniture in AR to help you plan. The previews are a guide, not an exact match — always check a real sample before you buy. Visera Pro is an optional purchase billed by Apple. Use Visera responsibly and it's yours to enjoy.
By downloading or using Visera ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
Visera grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, for your own home-design planning. Your use is also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement and the Apple Media Services Terms.
Visera requires an iPhone with a LiDAR Scanner (iPhone 12 Pro or later Pro / Pro Max). On unsupported devices, some or all features will not be available.
Visera Pro is available as an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or annual) and as a one-time lifetime unlock. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged within 24 hours before renewal. Where a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription unless you cancel before it ends. You can manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings. All billing, refunds and cancellations are handled by Apple under the Apple Media Services Terms — Visera cannot process refunds directly. Prices may vary by region and may change; we'll let you know in-app before any change affects you.
Visera's AR paint and panel previews are visual approximations rendered from your camera. They are affected by lighting, your screen, the camera, the wall surface, and the specific paint brand and finish — so colours on screen may differ from real paint. Always confirm with a physical sample or test pot before purchasing. Room scans and measurements are estimates for planning only and are not suitable for construction, ordering, or professional use.
Visera may show furniture and product suggestions that link to third-party retailers. Visera does not sell those third-party products and is not responsible for their availability, pricing, accuracy, or the content of external websites. Any purchase you make from a third party is a transaction between you and that retailer. Pieces in the Visera Collection are different — we sell those ourselves, and section 7 covers them.
Furniture in the Visera Collection is sold by Visera. Prices are shown in Australian dollars and include delivery — there is no separate delivery charge. We deliver within Australia only, and delivery is currently estimated at three to six weeks.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they are not of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
If a piece arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, email support@visera.vision and we will arrange a repair, replacement or refund. We cover the cost of collecting or returning a faulty piece — you are never out of pocket to send back something that was wrong with it.
We do not offer change-of-mind returns or exchanges, so please use the Visera app to place a piece in your room at true size before you order. Nothing in this section limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Payment is processed by Stripe. How we handle your order details is set out in our Privacy Policy.
You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile or tamper with the app; use it unlawfully or to infringe anyone's rights; or attempt to disrupt or misuse the service.
Rooms, designs and the optional profile you create stay on your device (see the Privacy Policy). They're yours. You're responsible for anything you choose to share via the system share sheet or save to your Photos library.
Visera — its name, logo, design and software — is owned by Visera and its licensors and is protected by law. These Terms don't grant you any rights to our branding. Furniture models included in the app are used under their respective open (CC0) licences.
Visera is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We don't guarantee the app will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that previews will be accurate. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Visera is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for decisions about third-party products you make based on the app's previews. Where our liability for the app cannot be excluded, it is limited, at our option, to resupplying the app or refunding the amount you paid for it in the previous 12 months.
For furniture in the Visera Collection, where our liability cannot be excluded it is limited, at our option, to replacing the goods, supplying equivalent goods, repairing the goods, or refunding the price you paid. Nothing in these Terms limits the consumer guarantees you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
You can stop using Visera and delete it at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive — intellectual property, disclaimers and limitation of liability — survive termination.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, the "last updated" date above will change, and continued use of the app means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. You and Visera submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
