Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By downloading or using Visera ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

2. Your licence to use Visera

Visera grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, for your own home-design planning. If you use Visera under an agency commercial licence, section 5 and your written licence agreement also apply. Your use is also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement and the Apple Media Services Terms.

3. Device requirements

Visera requires iOS 26 or later. Live room scanning and wall painting require an iPhone with LiDAR: iPhone 12 Pro or a later Pro / Pro Max model. Other compatible iPhones can explore the furnished demo room without scanning.

4. Visera Pro & purchases

Visera Pro is available as a monthly or annual auto-renewing subscription. Available plans, the local price and any introductory trial are shown in the app before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged within 24 hours before renewal. Where a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription unless you cancel before it ends. You can manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings. All billing, refunds and cancellations are handled by Apple under the Apple Media Services Terms — Visera cannot process refunds directly. Prices may vary by region and may change; we'll let you know in-app before any change affects you.

5. Agency commercial licence

Real estate agencies can licence Visera to use with their clients. These are the published terms of that licence:

• Price. A$2,000 a month plus GST, per office.
• First month free. The first month is free. To cancel without paying anything, email support@visera.vision during that first month.
• Written licence agreement. The seats an office's licence covers, how it is billed, and the notice needed to cancel after the first month are set out in a written licence agreement that we send before the first paid month.
• Visera Pro is separate. Visera Pro is an optional in-app purchase billed by Apple, separately from the agency licence.
• Planning aids. Measurements and colour previews are planning aids. They are not for valuation, construction or ordering.

6. Previews are a guide, not an exact match

Visera's AR paint and panel previews are visual approximations rendered from your camera. They are affected by lighting, your screen, the camera, the wall surface, and the specific paint brand and finish — so colours on screen may differ from real paint. Always confirm with a physical sample or test pot before purchasing. Room scans, measurements and colour previews are planning aids only. They are not suitable for valuation, construction or ordering, and that applies equally to use under an agency commercial licence.

7. Shop the Look & third-party links

Visera may show furniture and product suggestions that link to third-party retailers. Visera does not sell those third-party products and is not responsible for their availability, pricing, accuracy, or the content of external websites. Any purchase you make from a third party is a transaction between you and that retailer. Pieces in the Visera Collection are different — we sell those ourselves, and section 8 covers them.

8. The Visera Collection

Furniture in the Visera Collection is sold by Visera. Prices are shown in Australian dollars. We deliver within Australia only — checkout will not accept a delivery address outside Australia, and we do not quote or arrange international freight. Delivery within Australia is included in the price; there is no separate delivery charge. Every piece is made to order, so delivery is currently estimated at six to twelve weeks from the date we confirm your order. If we expect your order to take longer than twelve weeks we will contact you, and you may choose to wait or cancel for a full refund.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they are not of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

If a piece arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, email support@visera.vision and we will arrange a repair, replacement or refund. We cover the cost of collecting or returning a faulty piece — you are never out of pocket to send back something that was wrong with it.

We do not offer change-of-mind returns or exchanges, so please use the Visera app to place a piece in your room at true size before you order. Nothing in this section limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile or tamper with the app; use it unlawfully or to infringe anyone's rights; or attempt to disrupt or misuse the service.

10. Your content

Rooms, designs and the optional profile you create stay on your device (see the Privacy Policy). They're yours. You're responsible for anything you choose to share via the system share sheet or save to your Photos library.

11. Intellectual property

Visera — its name, logo, design and software — is owned by Visera and its licensors and is protected by law. These Terms don't grant you any rights to our branding. Furniture models included in the app are used under their respective open (CC0) licences.

12. Disclaimers

Visera is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We don't guarantee the app will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that previews will be accurate. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Visera is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for decisions about third-party products you make based on the app's previews. Where our liability for the app cannot be excluded, it is limited, at our option, to resupplying the app or refunding the amount you paid for it in the previous 12 months.

For furniture in the Visera Collection, where our liability cannot be excluded it is limited, at our option, to replacing the goods, supplying equivalent goods, repairing the goods, or refunding the price you paid. Nothing in these Terms limits the consumer guarantees you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

14. Termination

You can stop using Visera and delete it at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive — intellectual property, disclaimers and limitation of liability — survive termination.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, the "last updated" date above will change, and continued use of the app means you accept the updated Terms.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. You and Visera submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
